Guarantees and returns

We guarantee you:

• individual approach to each client;
• possibility of exchange / return the goods

If upon receipt of the parcel, it turns out that the goods you ordered do not fit the color, size, style, you can return it or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt (according to the law of Ukraine " On consumer protection ")

If the ordered goods did not come, due to the fault of the customer, the return of the goods is not provided.

If the goods received by you have a production defect or the wrong product was delivered incorrectly, the value of the product is returned in full or exchanged. Returns and exchanges are made at the expense of the manufacturer.

Returns are made in the following case:

• the product must be clean and complete; 
• the goods are packed in a branded box;
• no mechanical damage, broken parts,
• there is a receipt and other labels, parts related to the goods.

Notes: according to Ukrainian law, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
